The Excenter Cutter is a cutting device that makes it possible to always cut straight. The EXC is constructed and designed to perfection. The light weight makes it very easy to handle and use. Adjustable knife pressure setting, twin oil shocks and blade back stop makes it possible to easily cut soft and hard materials. Comes with wheels for improved manuverability and increased ergonomics.
